Graduate school teaches the basics. It does not teach you what to do when a patient starts pulling you into their dynamics, when a diagnostic picture refuses to resolve into anything in the DSM, or when a case that looked straightforward six months ago now looks like something else entirely. Without consultation, these kinds of cases can stall or end prematurely.

I offer case consultation built on a simple premise: two minds together are better than one alone. Consultation is a working relationship grounded in real collaboration, built over time to develop your clinical skills and instincts. It's a standing space to get cases unstuck and go deeper, improving your efficacy along the way.
